I shot these mouth watering beer fonts for Fosters and Strongbow at the Heineken UK HQ the other week. I just loved the rich colours of the Fosters brand and the condensation through the macro lens just makes you want a pint! Is it beer-o-clock yet?
Last month I sponsored the Design Event together with OPR, Living North, Wonderstuff Studio and Potts Printers. I created the Sponsors PR images, the awards and Designers Mart opening at the Baltic.

Wow, well this was one of the most exciting shoots I have ever done! Last week at dawn I arrived in Corbridge mine just before a convoy of brand new Komatsu models came in as flashy & sparkley as a mobile disco. The weather was stormy but with a lot of scrabbling around up & down hills and face fulls of dirt & grit, the bursts of sunshine were long enough to give fabulous backdrop to the beautiful new machines. I was hugely excited about getting arty with these huge beasts so see what you think….

I recently promoted a fabulous deal for local designers and artists to use me or my studio for their product photography.
Bettina Nissen got in touch as my sister Bronwen Deane (jewellery designer- www.bronwendesign.co.uk) and herself have studios at the Mushroom Works just down the road from mine so it made sense to work together. Â She needed to capture her new product range in line with promoting her presence at the Tent event from 22nd-25th September at the Old Truman Brewery in East London.
We used a gritty old wall at the nearby Colbalt Studios and it worked a treat as a backdrop. Various product shots were also achieved at the studio. Below is a screen shot of her promo e-shot and a couple of mine form the shoot.
